What happens if my cable is stuck in the station?

Please don't panic!

We have a 24hr support team who will release your cable from the station. please call the support number on the station.

In rare cases that the cable cannot be released, the agent will contact the 2nd line support team who will release your cable for you.

In rarer cases that the cable is truly locked in the station, we will contact the charge point operators and work with them to release your cable over a 24hr period and get this returned back to you.
