If you do have a strong signal and the issue persists, there are few things we can try to get your app working as intended. Please follow these few simple steps:

  1. Make sure your phone and mobile app have the latest updates

  2. Log out and log back in again

  3. Close the app and restart your phone

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
