What if the app says its a private charge point?
If you believe that you should have access to the chargers (for example they are located in your place of work), there will be an affiliate code that has been left with either reception or management.
Once you have this code, it's simple to add it to your account.
In top right corner select the Burger Menu > select Settings and Accounts > scroll down to Affiliates > Add New Affiliation
Once you have this code added, the charge point will open up for you and you will be able to charge.
