❓The charger is offline or not working
If a charger is offline, you can simply email info@clenergy-ev.com to notify us instead of calling in.
Sometimes chargers may drop offline for a period and come back online due to poor signal or other factors.
Step 1 – Wait and retry
- If the station is temporarily offline, it may reconnect after a short period. Retry your charge once it shows online.
Step 2 – Try another station
- If multiple attempts fail, use the app’s map to locate an alternative nearby charger.
Escalation
If the cable still cannot be released remotely, our support agent will escalate to 2nd line support and coordinate with the charge point operator (CPO).
