Not to worry, there may be a couple of reason why your card does not work.
Log into your Clenergy EV app and check the balance next to the hamburger menu ☰ on the top right of the screen.
To top up you balance please see here
If you have credit please click the hamburger menu ☰ on the top right of the screen.
Choose Settings and account, scroll down and click RFID cards. Select Manage Current Cards and see if the card is registered to your account, you should see the CLCXXXXXX number.
If you do not see the CLCXXXXXX number you will need to add your card.
