How to Set Up Offline/Faulted Notifications
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to enable notifications for Owners within the administration portal.
- Go to admin.clenergy.online
- Go to Administration
- Go to the Owner that you would like to enable notifications for
- Click the Contacts tab
- Click + Add Contact
- Enter the email of the contact you would like to enrol in notifications. Click + Add, then click Select Users to finish your selections:
- On the pop up, click Okay to verify that you have confirmation from the email owner to send notifications, or click Cancel to abandon the action:
- Select which notifications you would like to send to the contacts, then click Save
