How to Set Up Offline/Faulted Notifications

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to enable notifications for Owners within the administration portal.

  1. Go to admin.clenergy.online
  2. Go to Administration
  3. Go to the Owner that you would like to enable notifications for
  4. Click the Contacts tab
  5. Click + Add Contact
  6. Enter the email of the contact you would like to enrol in notifications. Click + Add, then click Select Users to finish your selections: 
  7. On the pop up, click Okay to verify that you have confirmation from the email owner to send notifications, or click Cancel to abandon the action:
  8. Select which notifications you would like to send to the contacts, then click Save
