This article will talk you through how to connect a Wallbox CPB1-S-2-4 charger to the Clenergy EV back office.

- Download the MyWallbox app for your device from the relevant app store.
- Once downloaded, install and open the MyWallbox app. Select Add Charger.
- When prompted, scan the QR code on the side of the charger.
- Confirm that the serial number matches the number displayed on the QR code and select Add.
- Select Connect to allow a Bluetooth connection to your device.
- Once connected, a Software update message may appear. Select Later to bypass this.
- Once you have connected successfully, select the configuration icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- In the Configuration menu, Select Connectivity.
- Select the required connection method for your installation and complete the relevant information for your device. If connecting via 4G on compatible models, enter “eapn1.net” as the APN address and “clenergy” as the password.
- Once complete, return to the Configuration menu and select OCPP.
- Select Enable OCPP at the top of the screen.
- In the URL field, enter the following URL: wss://clenergy.online:8081
- In the Charge point identity field enter the chargepoint serial number.
- In the Password field enter clenergy123 and select Save.
