This article will talk you through how to connect a Sungrow AC007UK-01 charger to the Clenergy EV back office.
Please note: The Sungrow AC007UK-01 charge point is configured via its Wi-Fi hotspot which is active for 15 minutes after powering up. Please select the hotspot on your device (identified by the charge points serial number) and use the password admin123 to connect.

- Once connected, enter 192.168.4.1 into your web browser to navigate to the Sungrow web portal. Enter the 4 digit code located on the RFID cards that are supplied with the charger and select Login.
- Create a new password using the parameters described, then select Confirm. You will then return to the login page and be required to enter your newly-created password to enter the web portal.
- On the home screen, select Network settings.
- Enter the following URL into the relevant field as displayed: wss://clenergy.online:8081. The URL should automatically add the serial number and display itself similar to the URL shown below. Select Confirm and the charger will reboot. Login to the portal once the chargepoint hotspot becomes available.
- Ensure that the charge point has retained its network connection then select Charger Settings.
- Select Upgrade Firmware if required and complete this process using the manufacturers instructions. Once completed or if no firmware update is required close the charge point hotspot and the app to complete the onboarding process.
