How to Onboard: NexBlue Edge

This article will talk you through how to connect a NexBlue Edge unit to the Clenergy EV back office.

  1. Download and install the NB Partner app from the relevant app store.

  2. Open the NB Partner app on your device and register an account. Select Sign In to proceed.

  3. Enter the relevant credentials and select Continue.

  4. Select Add new Location.

  5. Enter the relevant details where required, then select Add.

  6. Scroll down and select Clenergy EV from the list of operators.

  7. Select Activate the operator to confirm and proceed.

  8. Select the relevant product for your installation.

  9. Select the correct fuse ratings for the installation using the menus shown, then select Add.

  10. Enter the serial number and PIN code as found on the chargepoint and documentation respectively. Select Confirm to proceed.

  11. If required, the app will complete a firmware update. Once completed, select Reboot to apply update.

  12. Select Refresh Wi-Fi network list, then once loaded select the required network from the list.

  13. Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network that you wish to connect the chargepoint to, then select Confirm

  14. Add additional chargepoints/circuits or review the installation checklist as required using the relevant options. If satisfied, select Finish and transfer ownership, then complete the required steps to transfer ownership and complete the onboarding process.
