This article will talk you through how to connect a Hydra Jovi unit to the Clenergy EV back office.
- Power up the unit and wait for the screen show below to be displayed. Double-tap the top left-hand corner of the touchscreen to load the configuration menu.
- Select Net Parameters to proceed.
- Enter the unique 4-digit password supplied by the manufacturer and select Enter to proceed.
- Enter the following into the Server URL 1 field: wss://clenergy.online:8081
- Configure the network settings as required using the relevant fields.Please note: If using the Mobile/SIM method of connection. Enter the relevant details into the 4G APN, 4G user name and user pwd fields.
Please note: If using a Clenergy EV-supplied SIM card for the network connection please refer to the details below.

KPN SIM APN: wlapn.com
Password/Username (for both suppliers): clenergy
In the event a 3rd party SIM card is being used, please refer to the supplier or manufacturer for the correct details.
- Use the System menu on the left-hand side to configure the appropriate settings relevant to your installation then power cycle the unit to complete the process.
