This article will talk you through how to connect a Hydra Echo Tethered unit to the Clenergy EV back office.
- Power up the unit and wait for the screen show below to be displayed. Tape the settings icon highlighted.
- Tap the password field to access the key pad. Enter the unique PIN/password supplied by the manufacturer then select OK to proceed.
- Select Network, then select the relevant connection method from the list displayed and configure as required. Please note: If using the Mobile/SIM method of connection. Enter the relevant details into the 4G APN, 4G user name and user pwd fields.
Please note: If using a Clenergy EV-supplied SIM card for the network connection please refer to the details below.

Password/Username (for both suppliers): clenergy
In the event a 3rd party SIM card is being used, please refer to the supplier or manufacturer for the correct details.
- Select URL from the menu and enter the following: wss://clenergy.online:8081 then select OK.
- If required, use the relevant menus from the top of the screen to make any changes appropriate to the installation then power cycle the unit to complete the process.
