This article will talk you through how to connect an Charge Amps Aura charger to the Clenergy EV back office.
- Power up your charger and then use your smartphone/computer scan and select the chargers WI-FI hotspot. The network will be displayed in the following format: modelname_******. When required, enter the Network key that can be found in the configuration manual issued with the charger.
- Once connected to the charger, open a web browser on your device and enter the following URL: 192.168.250.1. Enter the network key from the previous step in the Pin-code field and select Login.
- Navigate to the WI-FI menu and connect the charger to the local WI-FI using the relevant credentials from the resident/client. Please note: If using 4G/SIM compatible models, please use the following credentials: APN: eapn1.net, Username/Password: clenergy. Select Update to proceed.
- Once connected navigate to the Charge Amps Space login page by entering the following URL into the search bar of your browser: https://my.charge.space/userapp/#/login. Sign in if already registered. If not, complete the signup process and return to this page to sign in.
- Enter the relevant information into the required fields and follow the charger registration process until completion.
- Return to the setup page at 192.168.250.1 to continue the onboarding process and select OCPP from the menu. Enter the following URL into the OCPP endpoint field: wss://clenergy.online:8081 and select Update. Reboot the charger to complete the onboarding process.
