This article will talk you through how to connect a Vestel EVC04-AC22W unit to the Clenergy EV back office.
- Plug your laptop into the ethernet port. This can be located on the inside of the front cover.
- Ensure the ethernet network on your laptop is configured correctly and the Wi-Fi is switched off.
- Open Network and Internet Settings>Ethernet>Edit IPv4>IPv4 On>Set laptop IP to 192.168.0.8 (If you need further help with configuring IP addresses, please see our article here)
- Open a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and type in the following IP address: 192.168.0.10.
- Enter admin into the User Name and Password fields. Please note: It is recommended to change these credentials at a later stage.
- Configure the electrical and connectivity settings in the relevant menus as required for your installation and update the firmware if required in the System Maintenance menu (please follow the manufacturer's instructions for this process).
If connecting the 4G/SIM option, enter the relevant details into the APN, User Name and Password fields.
Please note: If using a Clenergy EV-supplied SIM card for the network connection please refer to the details below.

Password/Username (for both suppliers): clenergy
In the event a 3rd party SIM card is being used, please refer to the supplier or manufacturer for the correct details.
Select OCPP Settings in the top menu.
- Select Enabled from the OCPP Connection drop down menu and enter the following URL into the Central System Address field: wss://clenergy.online:8081.
- Scroll down and enter the chargepoint serial number into the Charge Point ID field.
- Select Confirm when prompted to restart the app and complete the onboarding process.
