How to Onboard: Starcharge Aurora

This article will talk you through how to connect a Starcharge Aurora charger to the Clenergy EV back office.

1. Plug your laptop into the ethernet port. This can be located at the rear of the charger.
2. Ensure the ethernet network on your laptop is configured correctly and the Wi-Fi is switched off. (If you need further help with configuring IP addresses, please see our article here)
3. Open a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and type in the following IP address: 192.168.88.206.
4. Enter "xxcd" into the Username field and "28912891" into the Password field.
   
5. Select the required network connection method from the Quick Setup menu by selecting Enable Modification next to the relevant connection type. If using a 4G connection, enter “eapn1.net” in the APN field and “clenergy” in the User and Psw fields respectively. Enter the PIN number provided on the SIM Card into the PIN field.
6. If unsuccessful, clear the cache memory of your laptop, shut down your web browser and try again.
   
   1. In the OCPP Part enter clenergy.online into the URL field.
   2. Enter 8081 into the Port field
   3. Enter 1 into the SSL_ON field (this enables SSL) and click Submit and complete a power cycle. Select Software Setting from the menu on the left hand side.
