      How to Onboard: Evec VEC01

      This article will talk you through how to connect an EVEC VEC01 charger to the Clenergy EV back office.

      1. Download and install the EVEC app on your device.
      2. Register an account and log in to the app.
      3. Press and hold the function button for 10 secs on the underside charger to reset the WiFi.
      4. Select Add Device to add the charger to be connected. Please note: Ensure WI-FI and Bluetooth connectivity is enabled on your device.
      5. Select Add to proceed. 
      6. Enter Wi-Fi SSID and password and wait for the charge point to connect.
      7. Select Done to proceed.
      8. Select the Setting icon at the bottom of the screen.
      9. Select IP Address in the Settings menu.
      10. Enter wss://clenergy.online:8081 then return to the main menu and restart the chargepoint for the changes to take effect and complete the onboarding process.
