      How do I use guest checkout?

      Checking out as a guest

      For EV drivers who don't want to download the Clenergy EV app or create an account.

       

      You can pay for your charge at Clenergy EV charge points without signing up for an account or even downloading the Clenergy EV app.

       

       

      To do this:

      1. Visit clenergy.online

      2. Click "Continue as Guest" at the bottom of the page.

      3. Enter the Station ID of the charge point you are currently trying to use.

      4. Select the correct charger you wish to use.

      5. Enter your card details.

      6. You should be greeted with a success message - you can now plug your car in to start charging.

      You can complete the charge when you are ready by finishing charge on the web page.
