How Do I Start a Charge?

Follow these simple steps to get your vehicle charging.

APP

To start a charge with the app, please follow the below steps:

1. Plug cable into vehicle

2. Open the app (Log in or checkout as a guest)

3. Scan the QR code on the charge point with the app or enter the CPID

4. Select which connector you would like to use and click Charge

5. Select the payment method you would like to use and click Confirm on the next page

6. Plug in your cable when the app indicates for you to

7. Charge will start

RFID Card

1. Scan RFID card on the reader of the charge point

2. Plug cable into vehicle 

3. Plug cable into charge point

Contactless Debit/Credit Card

1. Unplug cable from charge point (if tethered cable, unplug from vehicle)

2. Scan Credit/Debit card on the contactless terminal on the charge point

3. Plug connector into vehicle

4. Some stations may ask you to press ok on the screen and then press the connector type
