      How do I join the back office as an admin, staff, engineer, or member?

      You may be given 2 codes to join the back office as a type of user, arranged as ABC1/DEFGH.

      You can only join as an admin, staff, engineer, or member via the administrator portal. You will not be able to join using your mobile app. 

      • Navigate to Account & Settings
      • Click Groups and then click Join Group
      • Enter the codes as follows:
      • Click Join to finish
