How do I find the serial number of my charger?

When connecting your charger to our back office, you will be asked for a serial number. Here are some ways you can find it.

1. Check the charger unit - there may be a sticker on the side or underneath of the unit which displays the serial number.
2. Check your charger documentation - when you first had your charger installed, you may have been left with a packet of documentation that would also include the serial number. 
3. Check the manufacturer's application - if your charge point is already connected to an application (for example, the Easee app), you may find the serial number outlined on the application
