Charger logs can be sent to manufacturers for troubleshooting and identifying any faults or issues. This article will walk you through the process of export these logs from the back office.
- Go to Network Overview
- Click into the charger you would like to export logs for
- Click Maintenance
- Click Get Diagnostics
- Select a destination:
- Clenergy Storage - the logs will be securely uploaded to our dedicated FTP server. To obtain a copy of these logs, please reach out to client@clenergy-ev.com
- Custom FTP - if you have your own FTP server, select this option and enter the details as required
