Log into your Clenergy EV app and click the hamburger menu ☰ on the top right of the screen.
Choose Balance and top up. You will be asked to select the amount you would like to top up by. If you haven’t already added a payment method, you can do this here, too. Click Confirm, and you are ready to use your credit to charge.
If you have an RFID card attached to your account, you may use this to start and end charges. The cost of your charging session will be deducted from your credit.
