How do I add an RFID card to my account?

Adding a your new card is simple.

If you have a Clenergy EV RFID card, head to your app, click the hamburger menu ≡, and select Settings and account. From your Settings menu select RFID cards, click Enter new RFID Card code, and enter the ID on your card (usually CLCXXXXXX). Click Add Card to save.

If you have an RFID card that is not Clenergy EV branded, you will need to be next to a charger in order to save it to your account. Head to your app, click the hamburger menu ≡, and select Settings and account. From your Settings menu select RFID cards, click Scan to add a new Card. Follow the instructions to save the card to your account.
