How Do I Add a Tariff To My Home Charger?

Let's talk you through how to setup your home tariff.

After completing the initial setup, you will be directed to the tariff setup page. If you prefer, you can choose to skip this step and add your tariff details later at any time.

Select Add Tariff Details.
You will be brought to the supplier page. Please select your energy supplier and select Next.

For this example, we are using Octopus as the energy supplier. If your supplier is not listed, please skip this section and refer to the instructions provided later.
Please select your Tariff Plan. If you do not know your tariff plan we would advise to check your energy supplier portal/app or give them a call.
Now you should see your Tariff settings appear, select Save
If your energy supplier is not listed, you can still set up your tariff by selecting the Other option.
Enter your Energy Suppliers Name, for this example we have used Bulb
Enter your Day Rate (Cost per kWh) and click Save
Now that you have added your Tariff, select Okay
