How do I carry out remote operations on my charge point?

To carry remote actions on your charge point:

  • Navigate to Network > Overview
  • Click the eye icon into your chosen charger
  • Click Maintenance and choose which action you would like to carry out:
    • Unlock connectors
    • Charger Available
    • Charger Unavailable
    • Hard Reset 
    • Soft Reset 
    • Reset Websocket 
    • Remove Charge Profiles 
    • Configure Connectors 
    • Get Diagnostics 
    • Get QR Code
