The Clenergy EV Status Page provides real-time information about the operational status of our services and systems. You can access it anytime at clenergyev.statuspage.io.

The status page displays the real-time operational status of all Clenergy EV services, including:
- Charging network connectivity
- Mobile app services
- Web portal availability

Status Indicators
Our services are marked with clear status indicators:
- Operational (Green) - All systems functioning normally
- Degraded Performance (Yellow) - Service is available but may be slower than usual
- Partial Outage (Orange) - Some features or locations may be affected
- Major Outage (Red) - Service is currently unavailable
Incident History
You can view past incidents and maintenance windows to understand historical service performance and how issues were resolved.
Scheduled Maintenance
We post all planned maintenance windows in advance so you can plan accordingly. These are typically scheduled during low-usage periods to minimise impact.

Checking Service Status

- Review the current status of all services at the top of the page
- Click on any service to view detailed information about that component
Subscribing to Updates
Stay informed about service disruptions and maintenance:
- Click the "Subscribe to Updates" button on the status page
- Choose your preferred notification method:
- Email notifications
- SMS text messages (where available)
- Webhook (for developers)
- RSS feed
- Enter your contact information
- Select which types of updates you want to receive (incidents, maintenance, etc.)
You'll automatically receive notifications when:
- An incident is detected
- An incident status changes
- Scheduled maintenance is planned
- Services are restored
Understanding Incident Updates
During an outage or service disruption, we provide regular updates including:

- What we're doing to resolve the issue
- Estimated time to resolution (when available)
